Job Overview:
Trihydro Corporation is on the lookout for a Lead Civil Engineering Specialist to enhance our team in either New Braunfels or Austin, TX. This role is integral to our Infrastructure and Natural Resources Business Unit, where we deliver innovative, responsive, and safe engineering solutions to a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing project solutions that address the infrastructure needs of various stakeholders, including water authorities, municipalities, and private entities. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Mentoring and guiding project team members
  • Overseeing project management and client coordination
  • Preparing proposals and estimating project costs
  • Conducting and reviewing design calculations
  • Supervising the preparation of technical figures
  • Creating comprehensive plan sets and design models
  • Drafting technical memorandums and reports
  • Reviewing project specifications and developing construction cost estimates
  • Preparing permit applications
  • Supporting business development initiatives for a range of infrastructure projects

This role is ideal for you if:
  • You possess over 15 years of relevant engineering design experience, particularly in civil infrastructure, water and wastewater systems, stormwater management, and site development
  • You are a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas or can obtain licensure within a short timeframe
