Position Overview:

Location: Remote within US

Compensation: $85,000-$115,000 Base +10% Annual Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Development: Design, implement, and refine multi-channel marketing initiatives, including email outreach, content creation, PPC advertising, SEO strategies, webinars, and events to drive lead generation and elevate brand presence.
  • Lead Oversight: Manage the lead lifecycle from generation to conversion, ensuring seamless transitions to sales and optimizing conversion rates through effective nurturing techniques.
  • Data Analysis: Evaluate and report on campaign performance, measuring ROI and adjusting strategies based on analytical insights. Provide regular updates on progress towards objectives and KPIs to senior leadership.
  • Marketing Technology Utilization: Leverage platforms like Marketo and Salesforce to enhance, automate, and track all marketing operations. Ensure data integrity and actionable insights.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product, and account management teams to ensure strategic alignment and capitalize on interdepartmental synergies.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Partner in developing ABM strategies that align with broader marketing and business goals, focusing on high-value accounts.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee and refine marketing operations tasks, including Marketo management, lead processes, lead scoring, and performance analytics.
  • Design Collaboration: Work in tandem with the design team to ensure all marketing materials adhere to branding standards, providing constructive feedback on design, layout, and content.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation.
  • Demonstrated success in demand generation, digital marketing, or a comparable role within a B2B context.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and technologies, including Wordpress, Marketo, and Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a knack for interpreting data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions.
  • Creative mindset with robust skills in content strategy and campaign execution.
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities, adept at collaborating across teams and engaging with senior management.
