This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to sell channel, internal loyalty and recognition marketing programs including sales effectiveness training to some of the largest firms in Minnesota while based out of Minneapolis for a privately held profitable company.

  • Work in a hybrid environment & live in or near the Minneapolis area while being part of a dynamic team environment.
  • Sell large deals ($250K+), creating legacy clients, where you are rewarded & recognized for building long term relationships with marketing, sales and HR.
  • Continue your track record of career stability selling B2B.
  • Enjoy new business development where you are selling marketing solutions & professional business services through prospecting and growing revenue in large $Billion+ accounts.
  • Utilize your proud sales track record where you will continue to experience a broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months+).
  • Enhance your knowledge of the digital marketplace with your proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with web, SaaS, AI and mobile applications.

Our client offers training, benefits, $135K salary, $20K-40K 1st yr bonus based on MBO's, uncapped commission plan, car allowance & 401K. The top 3 Business Development Directors have earned over $600K annually after 7-15 years tenure with this client.
