The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients, managing the entire sales process, and achieving an annual sales target of USD 2 million. This role requires strong leadership, relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in IT services sales.
Responsibilities:
* Hunting: Generate new business opportunities by identifying and targeting potential clients in the local geographical area.
* Conducting 360-degree sales: From generating leads to closing deals, manage the entire sales process.
* Regularly meeting with clients and prospects to build and maintain strong relationships.
* Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of Business Development Executives and Lead Generators.
* Achieving an annual sales target of USD 2 million.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of overall sales experience, with a focus on IT services sales.
* Proven track record of working in mid-size companies.
* Onsite sales experience for 6-7 years.
* Strong local market knowledge and a decent portfolio of 5-7 million.
* Technical background is a plus.
