MANAGER OF KEY ACCOUNTS TEAM

My client is an established security manufacture of IP video surveillance and VMS products that is looking for a strong leader to Manage their US Key Accounts Team.

Requirements & Responsibilities

  • 10+ years of sales experience in IP networks, video analytics and video management systems.
  • Build and Manage a team of 5-7 Key Account Managers, calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Experience developing, deploying and delivering KPI metrics for the Key Accounts Sales team.
  • Excellent understanding of the video analytic market and it competitors.
  • Remote position with extensive travel.

Salary& Benefits

  • Base salary $130K - $150K with an OTE of $200K.
  • Comprehensive health & medical/dental plus 401K with company match.
