We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) Team Lead to join our Commercial team in NYC and help drive our mission efforts to new heights.

Overview:

Join us as the KAM Team Lead at the dynamic intersection of technology and fitness. In this role, you will embody the player-coach approach by leading and inspiring a team of KAMs while actively engaging in sales activities to meet and exceed targets, ensure exceptional performance, manage stakeholders effectively, and strategically drive business growth. Your ability to analyze sales data, optimize conversion rates, and provide strategic direction will empower fitness coaches to scale their businesses successfully.

We're seeking a proven leader who is passionate about developing others, ensuring the quality and alignment of coaches with our vision, and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit within the team. You'll build strong relationships, have a hunger for success, excel in communication, and ideally, possess a keen interest or background in fitness, nutrition, or health-related industries.

What You'll Do:
  • You'll motivate, and mentor a team of KAMs, actively participating in sales activities to achieve individual and team targets
  • Monitor and drive daily performance, providing guidance and fostering growth opportunities
  • Set and track KPIs, ensuring team members consistently exceed performance expectations
  • Leverage data insights to optimize strategies, identify growth opportunities, and forecast performance effectively
  • Inspire and align team behaviors to drive motivation and cohesive success
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align KAM team goals with overall company objectives
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives

About You:
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in strategic account management, preferably within a tech or SaaS environment
  • Proven leadership experience, having managed a dynamic team for at least 2 years within a fast-paced and energetic sales environment
  • Strong organizational skills with a track record of process development and implementation
  • Ability to effectively organize and manage company initiatives
  • Strong and proactive sales skills and motivation to showcase expertise when pitching to coaches
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Understanding of social media, online sales, and marketing preferred
  • Passion for fitness, nutrition, or health-related industries is a plus
