Job Description:


International Institute for Learning, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to increase revenue and market share. Key Responsibilities:


- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract new clients

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through networking and cold calling

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions for clients

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities

- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to potential clients

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients

- Track and report on sales performance and market trends


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software


Compensation Range (Offer will be based on experience level):


Base salary of $45,000.00 to $70,000.00 USD plus attractive uncapped incentive package. Earnings for your first year are estimated at $65K - $120K (Base + Incentive).
