Positions open in: Hartsdale and Larchmont, NY and Westport, CT
One River School of Art + Design is looking for motivated professionals with a demonstrated interest in the visual arts who want to be part of a small team that is “transforming art education” in their community. This is a part-time role that entails evening and weekend work with potential to grow to a full-time position. You must have availability from 4pm to 8:30pm on some weekdays and be looking for weekend hours too. If you are willing to work at more than one school location, you will be able to work more hours. We are interested in talking to you if you can work 8-20 hours per week within the time frames specified. The hourly rate will be between $16 and $20 per hour depending on experience.

The Membership Sales and Enrollment Asst- is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service for students and parents at One River School. We have developed a system that blends a fun interactive social dynamic, with an innovative method that focuses on contemporary art education. The Membership Sales and Enrollment Asst- leads the effort by working closely with members and students to ensure great experiences.
Responsibilities Include:
Drive student and member retention through more consistent customer communication and engagement
Develop one to one relationships with the student body and the parents of our K-12 students
Maximize student enrollment by installing and managing a systematic method for closing new student inquiries and conducting school tours
Develop new referral strategies and drive customer reviews to promote student enrollment
Respond to customer / student service questions and solve issues
Create, promote and host community events, both onsite and off-site
Develop new partnerships with local businesses, public / private schools, PTA’s and community members to drive enrollment and have an active presence in the local community
Design new collaterals and graphics for promotion at events and on website / social media
Generate and analyze Annual / Monthly Reports on Enrollment, Marketing, Customer Retention, Inventory and Length of Stay

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited, four year college or university required
Majors in art business, art history, and marketing / communications preferred
Strong communication skills required
Strong interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to network, collaborate and build relationships with clients, partners, staff, remote colleagues and others.
Must possess a passion for the One River School brand
