Soliant Health is partnering with a leading healthcare facility and seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join their dynamic team. You will work in a supportive environment with access to state-of-the-art facilities and resources to provide exceptional care to patients.

Requirements:

  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Connecticut state licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • CPR certification

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions, and develop appropriate treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Implement effective physical therapy interventions to improve patients' mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.
  • Educate patients and their families about the recovery process, therapeutic exercises, and techniques for maintaining mobility and independence.
  • Monitor and document patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
