What We'll Accomplish Together:

Your role in our mission is to work in partnership with the Territory Sales Manager to support and grow business relationships with key resellers and distribution customers. You'll create timely and accurate quotes for customers. You'll respond to customer needs and inquiries and ensure resolution. You will provide world-class technical expertise as well as exceptional customer service.

What It Takes To Succeed:

To ensure the best service for our customers, 3+ years of experience in a technical support or service environment is essential, and some knowledge of single- and three-phase UPS technology and complementary products is preferred. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office products is required. This position will support our customers in the Mountain and Pacific time zones. Must be comfortable working those standard hours.
