In this role, you will:
  • Answer telephones at a high volume; respond to inquiries; resolve issues.
  • Enter data into the computer. 
  • Protect patient privacy by adhering to the HIPAA confidentiality guidelines.
We require:
  • At least 1 year experience as a call center operator preferably in the medical field.  
  • High school diploma.
  • Excellent computer and customer service skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. 
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
Salary up to $22 an hour based on experience and education.
