This key leadership role will be responsible for directing the development, coordination, and administration of policies, services, and programs that optimize operational functions to improve the clinical outcomes and financial performance of the International Patient Services Division.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Develop and articulate a long-term strategic vision for the International Patient Services Division, and collaborate with leadership to identify best practices and develop performance improvement strategies and cost-effective solutions.
- Lead Operational Excellence: Promote quality and productivity improvements through involvement in the development of improved procedures, process innovations, and changes that support the strategic direction of the health system.
- Manage Financial Operations: Participate in planning, organizing, and coordinating financial policies and practices to control revenues, disburse funds, and conserve assets, and monitor fiscal operations including fiscal accounting, reporting, and control.
- Develop and Manage Human Resources: Direct the implementation of Human Resources plans to achieve strategic goals and objectives, including organizational development, recruiting, compensation, training, and development, and employee relations.
- Represent the Business Unit: Represent the International Patient Services Division with various internal and external partners, and manage joint operating committees as needed.
- Master's Degree: Master's degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Leadership Experience: 10-12 years of relevant experience and 7+ years of leadership/management experience, required.
