Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Communications Operator to join our team at New York Cancer & Blood Specialists. As a Patient Communications Operator, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to high-volume telephone inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Enter accurate and timely data into our computer system.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as a call center operator, preferably in the medical field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent computer and customer service skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
