Compensation

Hourly Rate: $27 to $30 Commission: 10% to 35%

Base Rate Progression & Commission is tied to performance.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Inbound/Outbound Senior Marketing Specialist to join our innovative marketing team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in WordPress development, digital content creation, and a proven track record in leveraging LinkedIn for business development and lead generation. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating compelling content that drives engagement across multiple platforms, with a particular focus on IT, Healthcare, HR Technology, Contingent Workforce, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions.

The Inbound/Outbound Senior Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies that attract and convert high-quality leads. This position requires a creative thinker who is also an elite communicator, capable of influencing stakeholders and closing deals. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to create digital marketing assets, including flyers, brochures, white papers, and studies, that resonate with target audiences and support the company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation & Management:

    • Develop, manage, and optimize WordPress websites, ensuring a seamless user experience and alignment with marketing goals.
    • Create and design digital content, including flyers, brochures, white papers, case studies, and infographics, that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to produce tailored marketing materials that support sales initiatives and resonate with prospective clients.
  • Inbound/Outbound Marketing Strategy:

    • Design and implement comprehensive inbound and outbound marketing strategies that drive lead generation and sales growth.
    • Develop targeted content for LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter) that engages with key audiences, including candidates, prospects, and partners, and drives brand awareness and lead generation.
    • Utilize SEO and SEM best practices to increase website traffic and conversion rates.
  • Sales Enablement & Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide marketing support through the creation of compelling presentations, sales decks, and other collateral.
    • Lead and manage the creation of PowerPoint presentations that are visually appealing and effective in communicating key messages to clients and prospects.
    • Participate in sales meetings and presentations, acting as a key influencer and closer to drive successful outcomes.
  • Lead Generation & Business Development:

    • Leverage LinkedIn and other social media platforms to identify and engage with potential leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel.
    • Implement and manage LinkedIn campaigns aimed at driving business development and generating high-quality leads.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of LinkedIn and other social media campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Market Research & Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in IT, Healthcare, HR Technology, Contingent Workforce, and RPO solutions.
    • Produce insightful reports and white papers that position the company as a thought leader in these sectors and attract the interest of prospective clients.
  • Communication & Collaboration:

    • Serve as an elite communicator, both verbally and in writing, capable of clearly articulating complex ideas to a diverse audience.
    • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and business goals.
    • Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Qualifications:
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in WordPress development, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital projects.
    • At least 5 years of experience using LinkedIn for sales, business development, and lead generation, with a proven track record of success.
    • Significant experience in creating digital marketing content, including flyers, brochures, white papers, and studies, specifically tailored to IT, Healthcare, HR Technology, Contingent Workforce, and RPO solutions.
  • Skills:

    • Expertise in WordPress development, including themes, plugins, and custom coding.
    • Advanced proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    • Strong understanding of inbound and outbound marketing strategies, with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
    • Exceptional ability to create and execute effective LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter) campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation.
    • Elite communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for creating persuasive and impactful presentations.
    • Demonstrated ability to influence and close deals, with a strong focus on achieving business objectives.
  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
