Location: 100% Remote

Compensation
Base Rate plus CommissionCommission: 30% - 35%Base Rate Progression & Commission is tied to performance
Position Summary: TechForcePros is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Staffing Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating revenue through business development, sales, lead generation, and relationship management. Your primary focus will be on selling IT, Healthcare, HR Technology, Contingent Workforce, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions. You will leverage your industry knowledge and experience to drive growth and expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT, Healthcare, and HR Technology sectors. Expand our market presence through strategic initiatives.
- Sales & Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects. Engage in proactive lead generation through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to establish and maintain a strong professional network.
- Client Retention: Ensure client satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service and support. Address client concerns and develop long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, specifically in selling IT, Healthcare, HR Technology, Contingent Workforce, or RPO solutions. Experience in IT recruiting is a strong plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the staffing and recruiting industry, with a focus on technology-driven solutions.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level decision-makers.
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming challenges.
- Networking Ability: Strong networking skills with the ability to develop and leverage professional relationships to drive business growth.
