As a Senior Automotive Warranty Specialist, you will provide exceptional warranty and service administrative support within a premier automotive dealership. This position is both challenging and multifaceted, requiring prior experience in the automotive sector.

Responsibilities:
Your duties will include:

  • Timely processing of warranty claims and associated paperwork for each franchise/distributor
  • Reconciling warranty receivables with payments and posting them in the system
  • Managing rejected claims according to dealership or manufacturer guidelines and following up on outstanding claims
  • Tracking warranty parts and ensuring proper follow-through
  • Maintaining organized service records
  • Answering phone calls and greeting service customers in a professional manner
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Providing support to service writers and management as needed
  • Performing additional service coordinator duties as assigned

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • A process-oriented mindset
  • The ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a dealership setting is advantageous
  • A high school diploma or GED
