As a Human Resources Associate at Signallamp Health Inc., you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring qualified nursing candidates to meet the staffing needs of our healthcare clients. This is an in office position with potential for remote work, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract nursing candidates from diverse backgrounds and geographical locations.
  2. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  3. Screening and Selection: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and suitability for nursing positions.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with Director of HR and Chief Nursing Officer to understand their staffing needs and preferences and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  5. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring team, ensuring a seamless and efficient interview process.
  6. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to recruitment and hiring practices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and hiring activities.
  7. Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, serving as a point of contact and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Monitor recruitment metrics and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in healthcare recruitment, particularly in nursing, and/or human resources is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems and online sourcing platforms.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
