Position Type: Full-Time; Contract to Hire
Overview: We are looking for an experienced HRIS Administrator to take on a key role in managing and optimizing our clients human resources information systems. This position is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems, including those for payroll, recruitment, timekeeping, and employee management. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a solid understanding of HR processes, and a knack for project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
- Analyze, design, and maintain HR data, generating reports to support decision-making processes.
- Lead HRIS projects from inception to completion, including system selection, requirement gathering, testing, training, and implementation.
- Identify and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Oversee data integration and reporting across multiple systems and third-party applications.
- Develop and maintain security profiles, ensuring proper access controls are in place.
- Provide training and support to HRIS users and work with vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Uphold company policies, including safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience working with HR information systems.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency with ADP systems, particularly Enterprise, eTime, and other HR-related modules.
- Strong technical aptitude, with advanced skills in Excel and experience with Microsoft Office.
- Proven experience in project management within an HR or IT context.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related industry is preferred.
