Specialty Manufacturing is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in the day-to-day functionality and administration of our Sales department through an ever changing business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer communication: Respond to customer queries or concerns promptly
  • Sales presentations and proposals: Arrange for the creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help the sales team generate business leads
  • Sales reporting: Assist the sales team by setting monthly goals and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team
  • Keeping organized sales records: Maintain organized sales records, client databases and revenue tracking
  • Responding to customer complaints effectively: Monitor the team's ability and progress and suggest ideas

Education:
•              High School diploma required
•              Bachelor Degree or equivalent experiences in sales and marketing, or previous experience

Knowledge/Skills:
•              1 year experience in sales environment
•              Solid organizational and analytical abilities
•              Excellent written and oral communication skills
•              Knowledge of and experience with MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
•              Strong social skills, ability to interact with employees and customers and vendors
