Our Crane and Hoist Division is located at 1930 Energy Park Dr. Unit 300, St Paul, MN
 
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Service Coordinator for our Crane and Hoist division, you will develop strong relationships with customers, support Sales Representatives, and focus on scheduling and coordinating services and inspections for our customers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
  • Learn and be a part of the industrial Crane and Hoist industry 
  • Build and maintain exceptional relationships with internal and external customers
  • Reach out to repeat customers to add them to the schedule for upcoming inspections 
  • Assist in writing and following up on quotes, sales orders, repair orders, purchase orders, and returns
  • Provide support to Outside Sales team
  • Other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • This is a primarily sedentary role, requiring sitting for extended periods of time while working at a computer terminal. 
  • Employee must be able to communicate effectively in a typical office environment with a standard level of office noise.  
  • Occasional standing, bending, walking and lifting is also required.
