Job Role:
Analyze, maintain, and generate reports on the SharePoint tools and systems utilized by the teams supporting our Organization. The analyst manages the design and development of technical infrastructure m using the Microsoft SharePoint web platform. The analyst would help with SharePoint site creation, as needed, works on User security administration including creating groups and adding/ removing members in Azure Active Directory. The IT Security Analyst will ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • SharePoint Site creation.
  • Provide training to end-users and administrators for Microsoft 365 services.
  • Support and troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365 applications.
  • User Security administration.
  • SharePoint Document Library creation and basic configuration.
  • SharePoint List creation and basic configuration.
  • Strong understanding of Power Automate.
  • MS Teams Channel setup and user administration.
  • Optimize SharePoint use for collaboration between internal and external users.
  • GUEST Account creation (Azure B2B users).
  • Microsoft Authenticator.
  • MS Excel Power user.
  • Box.com user administration.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, or information systems or information technology.
  • 7 or more years of professional experience as SharePoint administrator/ analyst.
  • Knowledgeable in Webtrends Analytics for SharePoint.
  • Strong technical skills- demonstrated skills in conceptualizing solutions, documenting them.
  • You will also document and develop business requirements, use cases, and recommend governance practices.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and system design skills.
