Roles & Responsibilities: Assists in the development and execution of CISA's engagement strategy and policies. Prepares and distributes briefing materials, meeting minutes, action items, follow-up emails, cataloging / retention of captured information, conduct research, and other actions. Provides expert knowledge of cybersecurity and infrastructure security related issues, including data and policy analysis. . Ability to work under pressure with deadlines and demonstrates initiative. Engages stakeholders to document business requirements. Identifies and analyzes potential solutions. Performs business process engineering, to include workflow modeling and optimization. Designs custom workflows and reporting capabilities via SharePoint or Jira. Conducts data analysis and visualizes the results via Microsoft Power BI or Tableau. Develops job aids to accompany deployed solutions, including standard procedures, policies and/or guides. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience, preferably in computer science, systems engineering and/or related fields. Minimum 8 years of experience in business process gap analysis and developing guidance documents for Government approval Minimum of 4 years with data analysis techniques and visualizing the results via Microsoft Power BI or Tableau. Eligibility Requirements: Possess DHS Suitability. Additional Requirements: This role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (ie., U.S. citizens, permanent residents and other protected individuals under the immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) Desired Skills: DHS or CISA experience preferred Location: Hybrid: 3x per week onsite at client location in Arlington, VA.
