Overview

SAIC is on the lookout for a Lead Analyst for Support Services to deliver on-site assistance, contributing to a dedicated contract team focused on high-level defense operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary liaison for Information Technology Services, offering analytical support for enterprise systems.
  • Facilitate training and provide assistance to personnel on various systems, ensuring efficient issue tracking and resolution.
  • Oversee correspondence management, including task assignment and tracking across multiple defense systems.

Essential Duties:

  • Deliver technical expertise and guidance in the development and integration of information systems.
  • Support administrative functions related to system development, ensuring adherence to design specifications and user standards.
  • Collaborate with management to confirm solutions and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Conduct integration and beta testing, documenting incidents and working with developers to address issues.
  • Utilize MS SharePoint for document organization, application hosting, and user training.
  • Assist in managing permissions and conducting document searches within SharePoint.
  • Support action processes by initiating, assigning, and tracking tasks effectively.
  • Engage with external components to gather and distribute necessary documentation.
  • Access and utilize various external systems for coordination and documentation purposes.
  • Maintain and report on high-level actions and coordination efforts.
  • Provide support for personnel systems and maintain accurate data records.
  • Generate tracking records for coordination actions within established systems.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of experience in software development and application facilitation.
  • Experience interacting with senior leaders within the Department of Defense.
  • Proven track record in program support related to information workflow and records management.
  • Strong commitment to client service and professionalism.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with Adobe Acrobat Professional and MS SharePoint.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience working with defense offices and related processes.
  • Familiarity with systems such as CAPE Enterprise Database and JCIDS.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectively.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Active Secret clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
