Seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry/Office Assistant. This role involves entering data to manage customer shipments in our ERP system and QuickBooks software, as well as providing general administrative support.
Responsibilities:
· Enter product name, quantity, and pricing information into computer systems for bill or payment processing related to each shipment.
· Prepare and send customer statements in PDF format for each shipment and assist with monthly claim preparation.
· Enter bills and invoices in QuickBooks
· Manage supply orders for operation groups.
· Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.
· Perform administrative tasks including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, etc.
Requirements:· High school diplomat required; some college education and/or 2+ years of office work experience is preferred.
· Ability to maintain high degree of accuracy, flexibility, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
· Quick learner and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
· Must be organized and pay attention to detail.
· Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
· QuickBooks is a plus
· Good oral and written communication skills.
