Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our management team and other staff members. The successful candidate will be responsible for supplying information to callers, maintaining files, organizing schedules and appointments, generating reports, and producing correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer telephones and provide information to callers, routing calls to the appropriate person as needed.
  • Greet visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, and escort them to the relevant person.
  • Read and route incoming mail, responding to requests for information and materials as required.
  • Compose and prepare routine correspondence, filing correspondence and other records as necessary.
  • Schedule appointments for management and other staff members, maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
  • Compile and maintain standard reports and statistical data compilations, performing other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in an office environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with some college-level coursework preferred.
