What You’ll Do:

Summary / Objective
As a Procurement Administrative Assistant your responsibilities include but not limited to creating and processing purchase orders, managing logistics and tracking numbers, and monitoring the CRM (salesforce) queue.

Essential Responsibilities

  1. Collaborating with team lead & associates
  2. Communicating with intercompany departments
  3. Updating CRM systems with part information
  4. Creating and sending purchase orders to vendors
  5. Keep tracking numbers and logistics updated
  6. Monitor the procurement queue within the CRM
  7. Communicate with vendors for any necessary purchasing information
  8. Collaborating with team lead & associates
  9. Communicating with intercompany departments
  10. Follow procurement associate process
