Responsibilities:

  • Manage & organize both physical and digital client files.
  • Assist in real estate contracts and amendments.
  • Prepare closing documents and checklists.
  • Oversee transaction progress
  • Manage post-closing documents.
  • Assist with client invoice billing as required.
  • Answer and prioritize incoming calls.
  • Plus additional administrative tasks.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of legal administrative experience.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of real estate legal experience.
  • Word processing skills.
  • Excellent Communication & Time Management Skills.
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
