We are seeking an experienced Clinical Regional Manager, Breast Imaging to join our incredible women's health team


We currently have 15 locations that provide state-of-the-art 2D / 3D diagnostic medical imaging services specializing in 3D mammography & breast ultrasound, bone densitometry & general ultrasound.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record managing a large staff of mammographers while maintaining the best patient experience at each location. In addition to credentials in mammography we are seeking someone with a bachelors degree in Business Administration or Management.


This is a full time, salaried position which includes a full benefits package. Position includes traveling approximately 25%.



Responsibilities:

  • Manage a staff of over 15 mammographers including time cards, expense reports, and requests for time off
  • Create a plan for staff development and manage the execution of the plan
  • Responsible for the overall quality of the patient experience at each facility collaborating with the Regional Managers to achieve goals
  • Maintains responsibility for day-to-day clinical activities to promote excellence while supervising direct staff
  • Contributes to and participates in the Performance/Quality Improvement activities of patient care and adhere to policies and procedure
  • Oversees scheduling of all clinical staff
  • Experience developing guidelines, SOPs and training material for clinical and administrative staff as well as all stakeholders
  • Train new mammographers on equipment, Infinitt software and workflows to ensure quality care and compliance
  • Order medical supplies for all locations
  • Provide technical support to mammographers regarding imaging and physicians orders
  • Provide clinical support to scheduling manager regarding the types of appointments and their time allotment
  • Process pathology requests on a monthly basis for all locations
  • Collaborate with V.P. of Operations regarding workflows at each location
  • Engages in continuing education training and direction for all clinical staff in the development and promotion of a collaborative health care model
  • Work collaboratively with the Sr. Clinical Compliance Manager to maintain State, Federal, and regulatory agency guidelines and standards
Requirements:

Requirements:

Associates Degree in Radiology and current R.T. registration along with mammography certification

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management, or Organizational Leadership

5-10 years of experience working in a large practice or hospital

5-10 years of experience managing a team of more than 10 employees

Excellent track record of project management, managing multiple complex projects simultaneously

Must have solid experience in data and analytics - Advanced Excel user experience preferred

Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and change management skills

Exceptional analytical skills
