About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team in the Caribbean and Central America region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving sales operations across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for the region
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to improve sales operations and increase customer satisfaction
  • Travel extensively throughout the region to meet with customers and distributors
  • Consolidate and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide market research and insights to support business decisions
  • Support the development of long-range sales forecasts and planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 0-3 years of experience in sales operations or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the region
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
