Regional Sales Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team in the Caribbean and Central America region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving sales operations across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for the region
- Develop and implement sales strategies to improve sales operations and increase customer satisfaction
- Travel extensively throughout the region to meet with customers and distributors
- Consolidate and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide market research and insights to support business decisions
- Support the development of long-range sales forecasts and planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 0-3 years of experience in sales operations or a related field
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the region
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
