About this role

The HR & Talent Partner is a dual-role involving full spectrum human resources and recruitment responsibilities. This person will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and working closely with the HR Manager to support the organization’s talent acquisition and HR initiatives. This role includes recruiting top talent and providing comprehensive HR support to employees.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage Recruitment Process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Hiring Manager Experience: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring practices to build a diverse workforce.
  • Core Values Alignment: Recruit candidates who align with the company’s core values and culture.

Human Resources:

  • Regular Cadence Meetings: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with employees to discuss their concerns, feedback, and achievements.
  • Onboarding: Conduct the onboarding process for new employees (Offer Letters, Background Checks, IT Communication, & New Hire Orientation) ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Ensure enforcement of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist in planning and coordinating company events and activities to foster employee engagement.
  • HR Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Reporting: Prepare and present HR & Recruiting reports to the HR Manager as needed.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate HR metrics and recruitment progress to stakeholders regularly.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR and recruitment with a strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for managing the recruitment process.
  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and high attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive decision-making and measure program effectiveness.
