**Job Description**

We have 10 openings on the 1st shift for Cleanroom Technicians. Candidates must be open to working in all departments: Harvest Room, Dissection, Fixation, Selection & Evaluation, Valve Assembly, Solution Treatment, and Packaging & Labeling. The 1st shift runs from 5am to 1:30pm, with the Dissection department starting at 4:45am. Technicians will handle tasks involving pig hearts, including cutting material, working under microscopes/magnifying glasses, assembling, sewing, dipping in solutions, and packaging/labeling. All work is conducted in a cleanroom environment, requiring full gowning (no makeup or jewelry). Be prepared for a formaldehyde smell. Responsibilities include performing repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly operations, working from various visual aids and instructions, setting initial layouts, using various tools, making continuity checks, conducting quality inspections, and potentially working on experimental or prototype assemblies. This role supports manufacturing operations, including assembly, machinery, processing, packaging, and distribution of products. Tasks may also involve operating machines, reporting malfunctions, and participating in shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
