About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner, University Recruiting to join our team on a contract basis. In this role you will be responsible for the full cycle hiring process and pipeline management for our interns and new grads while partnering closely with our Engineering team. You will also be the main point of contact for all university representatives and will organize and lead formal campus recruiting events.

Key Focuses:

  • Full cycle recruiting for early talent: from talent generation through talent assessment and offer presentations, with a focus on championing strong diversity and inclusion components into all outreach and communications.
  • University engagement: plan and attend university career fairs, campus events and other recruitment activities while maintaining relationships with university career centers, student organizations, and professors.
  • Candidate experience: ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding and provide timely feedback and communication to candidates throughout the process.
  • Metrics and reporting: track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of our hiring process and identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ seasons of experience with full cycle recruiting specifically in early talent.
  • Strong understanding of university recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Extensive experience using Greenhouse as an applicant tracking system.
  • Experience with Handshake.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ seasons of experience with full cycle recruiting specifically in early talent.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

The US base pay range for this full-time position is $38.00/hr-$50.00/hr. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations. Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
