Job Summary:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Geiss Med Hospice, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent who align with our mission and values. You will collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop strategic recruitment plans, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various roles within the organization.
- Sourcing: Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process by sourcing a diverse pool of candidates and mitigating unconscious bias.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the company's employer brand and attract top talent.
- Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated smoothly into the organization.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or hospice industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse and HR software, ADP Workforce.
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical recruiting practices.
