POSITION TITLE: Branch Manager - Industrial

LOCATION: Phoenix, AZ (In Office 4-5 days a week)

COMPENSATION: $75-85k + Bonus

 

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

The primary focus of this position is on client satisfaction, overseeing the team (including cultivating relationships to offer opportunity and enrichment to the team), partnering with other divisions, and continuing to grow the Industrial division. The position is expected to ensure operational excellence through the provision of quality service to clients and candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:

  • Train, coach, and support recruiters: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to recruiters through weekly one-on-one sessions and bi-weekly team meetings, ensuring continuous development, performance improvement, and alignment with team goals.
  • Leverage technology for recruitment solutions: Utilize the company's ATS and other supportive systems to create efficient and effective solutions for filling open roles, ensuring a streamlined recruitment process and optimal team staffing.
  • Establish and break down goals with leadership: Collaborate with leadership to set weekly, monthly, and annual goals aligned with budget expectations. Break down these goals into leading KPIs tailored to each team member, leveraging individual motivations to ensure collective contribution and success.
  • Facilitate team development and enrichment: Identify developmental and career opportunities for team members through quarterly coaching conversations. Leverage individual development plans for each team member to ensure personalized growth and enrichment.
  • Maintain an internal talent pipeline: Conduct monthly interviews to identify and engage potential internal talent, leveraging LinkedIn and other professional networks to continuously build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Engage in personal sales outreach: Collaborate with the sales team to grow the business by actively reaching out to prospective clients through cold calling, in-person meetings, follow-ups, and leveraging social media connections.
  • Actively engage in recruitment efforts:Participate with the team in recruiting for open positions to increase the fill rate and customer fulfillment. Elevate the skill level of the recruitment team by leading by example and demonstrating best practices in the hiring process.
  • Identify creative talent sourcing solutions: Develop innovative strategies to source, attract, and build a diverse talent pool, ensuring readiness for both current and future openings with our customers.
  • Actively build and nurture client relationships: Enhance customer satisfaction and growth by engaging in regular calls and in-person meetings with clients, fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct daily team meetings: Facilitate daily meetings to help the team prioritize actions, manage orders effectively, and achieve daily goals, ensuring streamlined operations and consistent progress.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences: Consistently provide the highest level of service to clients, ensuring a positive and impactful experience that meets and exceeds their expectations.
  • Embrace a balanced leadership approach: Inspire and motivate the team while holding members accountable and creating meaningful experiences that foster a positive work environment and drive overall success.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2+ years of management experience in the Staffing Industry
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience
  • Proven track record of coaching and motivating employees
  • Ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients
