Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President (SVP) who will report directly to the CEO and lead an experienced leadership team. The SVP will oversee programming, provide clinical leadership, and ensure comprehensive financial oversight. The role encompasses overall operations management to foster resiliency and sustainable growth within the organization. As a key figure, the SVP will champion our core values of equity, social justice, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility, building trust and a cohesive environment across various levels of the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and innovate in the operations of mental health, substance use recovery, and developmental disabilities sectors.
  • Foster a collaborative and empathetic work environment, acting as a servant leader focused on unifying and building consensus.
  • Drive initiatives that solve problems creatively and effectively within a people-oriented setting.
  • Encourage an inclusive atmosphere open to diverse people, perspectives, and ideas.
  • Evaluate and invest in strategies, business models, and operational initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Communicate effectively, engaging diverse groups and synthesizing data to improve programs and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Services, Health Care Management, or a related field.
  • A professional license (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT) is preferred.
  • Minimum five years of supervisory experience in human services or healthcare.
  • Profound knowledge of health insurance and population health management.
  • Proven experience in non-profit management is highly advantageous.
