Qualifications:
Education:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Agricultural Business, or related fields is required.
Experience:
A minimum of 10 years in lending, with substantial experience in commercial lending, complex credit agreements, and syndication processes is essential. A well-established network within the agricultural finance sector is also required.
Skills:
Proficiency in technology and Microsoft applications is necessary. Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication, both verbal and written, are essential. The ability to quickly adapt to new processes and work collaboratively within teams is crucial.
Creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions that position GreenStone competitively in the market are preferred.
