We are seeking a highly skilled IDIQ Program Manager to work in the DC Metro/Vienna, VA area. This position requires U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust background investigation.

Job Summary:

The IDIQ Program Manager will manage multiple projects within Information Technology and cybersecurity programs within IDIQ and task order requirements. Task order requirements are:

  • Program Management Services
  • IT Security Tool Support Services
  • Architecture Services in Support of Security Tools
  • Content Enablement in Support of Security Tools
  • Engineering Services in Support of Security Tools
  • Administration and Maintenance Services in Support of Security Tools
  • IT Security Virtual Security Operation Center Services
  • Operational Enablement for Security Operations Services
  • Cyber Threat Hunt Services - Threat Hunt/Signature Development Services
  • IT Security Compliance Services
  • IT Security Testing Services
  • IT Security Information System Security Officer Services (ISSO)

Key Responsibilities:

The IDIQ Program Manager will oversee multiple task order projects, each with a project manager. This position is responsible for communicating progress to senior leaderships, managing program budget, allocating resources, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience managing IT and cyber security programs at IDIQ level similar in size and scope ($60M ceiling)
  • Experience managing teams with a minimum of 10 direct reports.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, orally and in writing
  • Excellent organizational skills supporting multiple projects while maintaining customer deadlines
  • Ability to work in a team environment and work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, etc

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) active certification
  • BS/BA in IT, cybersecurity, business, or other related discipline
  • MS/MA in IT, Cybersecurity, business, or other related discipline

Physical and Mental Qualifications:

  • Be able to maintain awareness during scheduled working hours.
  • Prolonged periods sitting or standing at desk and working on a computer (mouse and keyboard)
  • Able to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; good command of the English language
  • Execute tasks independently and work as a team.
  • Learns and memories routine tasks.
  • Strong organizational, grammar, business correspondence, and self-management skills
