The role of Social Media Partnerships Manager is a pivotal position with Organifi's rapidly growing Global Partnership program. You will be focused on establishing new partnership relationships and growing existing partnerships to take our health brand to the next level.


We are looking for a high-energy social media expert who is organized, collaborative, and passionate about building deep relationships with a large network of creators and thought leaders. 


This role will require outstanding capabilities in relationship building, business development, negotiating, analytical thinking, problem solving, leadership and working with a team.


Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Grow existing base of performance / Influencer Partners on: Instagram, YouTube, TikTok
  • Expand existing partnerships through email drops, social mentions
  • Help to grow existing relationships with whitelisting agreements 
  • Aggressively expand Business Development efforts, generating new partnerships that meet growth and ROI goals
  • Report on partner performance and maintain tracking documents 
  • Review, approve, manage new partner contracts 
  • Consistently develop industry expertise and best practices for working with Influencers and Partners 


Position Requirements

  • 1-2 years of Partnership Marketing experience required
  • A high-energy, organized, passionate go-getter who can keep up with our rapid growth within social partnerships
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a consistent “can-do” attitude
  • Organizational skills to help scale this fast-growing Influencer channel
  • High follow through with partners and internal team
  • Ability to review campaigns and provide analytical recommendations
  • A full life outside of work with personal passions & hobbies


Work Remotely (Full Time or Contractor)
