Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Social Media Account Manager to lead our social media team and develop effective strategies for promoting new films and content across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the social media team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to promote new film releases and other content.
- Oversee the creation, curation, and management of all published content across all social media platforms.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a social way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions.
- Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategies as needed.
- Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
- Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
- Demonstrate the ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan and drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.
- Implement a proactive strategy for capturing customer online reviews and monitor online ratings and respond accordingly.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in social media or a related field.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin preferred.
