Your Role:

Reporting directly to the Director, Marketing, you’ll be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, responsible for ideation, content creation, and execution of our social media strategy. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive engagement, expand our reach, and build a vibrant online community around OurPact. Your work will help shape the future of our brand across various platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Innovate: Take charge of our social media strategy, prioritizing platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X, while continuously evaluating OurPact’s brand presence on various audience-specific platforms like Reddit and Warpcast.

Content Creation: Develop and deliver a steady stream of fresh, engaging, and creative content that resonates with our audience and drives action.

Visual Storytelling: Oversee the visual representation of our brand across social channels, ensuring content is both engaging and aligned with our brand identity.

Strategic Planning: Create and manage OurPact’s social media roadmap, collaborating with other teams to execute channel-specific strategies and editorial plans.

Optimization: Regularly conduct social media audits to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance visibility and engagement.

Campaign Support: Play a key role in launching and promoting new features, updates, and campaigns, leveraging social media to drive growth and brand awareness.

Influencer Marketing: Support and enhance our influencer marketing initiatives to amplify OurPact’s message and increase brand engagement.

Data-Driven: Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of both organic and paid social media campaigns, using insights to refine and optimize our approach.

Trend Research: Stay ahead of the latest trends in social media, parental control, and digital wellness, testing new concepts and ideas to keep OurPact at the cutting edge.

 

Skills & Expertise:

Experience: Prefer 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand, with a proven track record of creating engaging content. Experience in running social media marketing campaigns is a strong plus.

Platform Proficiency: Expertise in using major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.

Creative Tools: Proficient in content creation tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing platforms like Vimeo.

Analytical Skills: Experience with Meta Business Suite and other analytics tools to monitor performance and inform strategy.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling narratives and storytelling.

Organization: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Slack, Apple MacOS, GSuite, Hubspot, and other digital marketing tools.

Creative and Strategic Thinking: Ability to blend creativity with strategic thinking to drive measurable results.

Aesthetics: Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
