- Website Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Bliss Energetics e-commerce platform, ensuring an exceptional user experience and optimal site functionality.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, to increase brand visibility and drive online sales.
- Product Management & Merchandizing: Manage and optimize product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotional strategies to maximize conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Analytics & Insights: Utilize web analytics tools to monitor site performance, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights. Regularly report on sales trends, customer behavior, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Customer Experience & Conversion Rate Optimization: Continuously improve the online shopping experience by implementing best practices in UX/UI design, optimizing the checkout process, and addressing customer feedback.
- Inventory & Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with the operations team to manage inventory levels, streamline order fulfillment, and reduce cart abandonment rates.
- Partnership Development: Identify and manage partnerships with influencers, affiliates, and third-party vendors to expand our reach and enhance our brand presence.
- Budget Management: Manage the e-commerce budget, including digital advertising spend, to achieve the highest ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Yotpo and Klavio), digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads), and SEO/SEM practices.
- Demonstrated success in driving online sales and improving conversion rates.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to balance daily operations and project based initiatives.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- A passion for holistic wellness is a plus.
