The employee will provide extensive program and project management support services for various Federal programs and projects. The primary responsibilities include coordinating and communicating program information, tracking timelines and deliverables, and collaborating within a team environment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive system to track and maintain all information related to taskers, requests for information, projects, and performance measures throughout the program management cycle.
  2. Create and manage project schedules, monitoring progress against milestones and deadlines.
  3. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective tracking of projects and provide performance updates to senior management.
  4. Focus on change management within the organization, including preparing, supporting, and advising on strategies to improve processes and implement effective checks and balances.
  5. Conduct thorough assessments of program/project requirements and stakeholder needs.
  6. Facilitate project meetings and regular status meetings with stakeholders.
  7. Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project progress.
  8. Prepare program/project status reports and presentations for executive review.
  9. Collaborate with the project team to ensure members have necessary resources and information.
  10. Provide guidance on project management best practices and methodologies.
  11. Support the implementation of project management methods, tools, and technologies.
  12. Develop tracking and reporting mechanisms to facilitate program management and project tracking.
  13. Work with government personnel to establish communication systems using existing resources such as MS Teams, SharePoint, and/or Tableau.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and interact effectively with individuals from diverse functional and technical backgrounds in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using financial systems and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) for analysis and documentation.
  • Possession of appropriate security clearance/background check at the contract start date.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Certification as a Change Management Professional (CCMP).
