Position Overview

The Arc of the Quad Cities Area is seeking a dedicated Residential Supervisor to oversee our residential services.

Key Responsibilities

This is a full-time exempt role with a standard schedule of Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Flexibility in hours may be necessary based on operational needs. The role requires availability for at least one weekend day or night each month, as well as one late-night shift weekly. Additionally, the supervisor will be on call for SOC duties and house-related emergencies.

Essential Duties
  • Manage and support assigned staff members.
  • Ensure the upkeep and aesthetic quality of the designated residential area.
  • Facilitate the delivery of high-quality services to individuals in our care.
Qualifications

1. A high school diploma is mandatory; a Bachelor’s degree in human services is preferred.

2. A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required.

3. Physical capability to lift at least 50 pounds, including assisting individuals who may weigh over 100 pounds.

4. A minimum of one year of direct service experience in the human services sector is required, along with preferred supervisory experience.
