This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Operations Specialist. The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing the company's sales vision and strategy, which involves creating and executing plans that optimize the sales and distribution of SQAIRZ baseball and pickleball brands. They will be responsible for creating and supporting strategies that assist/support launching new products, building of the brand focusing on main sales channels, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of plans and execution. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Operations.

Technical Skills

  • Attentive to detail and able to prioritize and expertly coordinate multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Works efficiently both on independent basis and as part of a team
  • Works professionally and effectively with customers and all levels within the organization 
  • Maintains a personal and professional "continuous improvement" philosophy 
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding and experience with:
    • CRM Software
    • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project)

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field.  Expertise in the job field may be used in lieu of education requirement.
  • 5+ years of sales or marketing operations experience in sports
  • Travel is required for this position (estimated 50%)
  • Preferred collegiate sports player in Baseball
