Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients on-site to advocate for RFC and FMV repair services.
  • Manage all commercial and technical communications with clients.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals for RFC and FMV offerings.
  • Generate cost estimates for repair services.
  • Draft purchase orders and manage revisions.
  • Maintain detailed service histories for cylinders.
  • Compile and oversee Inspection Reports.
  • Coordinate the logistics of receiving and shipping customer equipment.
  • Oversee inventory management for RFC and FMV products.
  • Fulfill general project management responsibilities for the RFC and FMV product line.
  • Collaborate with plant and engineering teams for technical and manufacturing assistance.

Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel, approximately 20% of the time, is expected within the United States once the candidate is established in the role.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess an associate degree in mechanical engineering technology or equivalent practical experience. Strong computer skills, mechanical aptitude, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential. Proficiency in reading engineered drawings is also required.
