We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead and drive our sales strategy and growth. As the Director of Sales, you will play a critical role in expanding our reach and impact, working closely with our executive team to develop and execute strategic sales plans. What will your Key Responsibilities be?
Sales Strategy Development:
o Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.
o Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
o Accelerate revenue growth and improve sales efficiency through strategic initiatives.
Team Leadership:
o Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to exceed sales goals.

o Conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Collaboration:
o Partner with Marketing, Client Success, and Leadership Teams to align and drive integrated sales strategies.
o Ensure a seamless and positive client journey through effective cross-department collaboration.
Sales Process Optimization:
o Continuously improve the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
o Implement best practices and leverage sales tools and technologies to streamline operations.
Revenue Growth:
o Drive revenue growth through direct sales efforts, partnership development, and strategic initiatives.
o Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
Reporting and Analysis:
o Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
o Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and recommendations to the executive team.
Qualifications & Experience
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role preferred
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
· Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Proven ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.
· Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
· Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Additional Details
· This is a hybrid role, must be able to work from the office located in Olympia, WA 1-2x a week.
· Applicants must live within 30 Miles of the Olympia/Lacey, WA area.
Compensation
· Competitive Total Compensation starting at $90,000/year
