Job Title: Experienced Automotive Sales Professional

At Toyota of Olympia, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with customers, understanding their automotive needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate Relationships with Customers: Treat our customers with kindness and respect, listen to understand their wants and needs, and create an outstanding buying experience.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their automotive preferences and purchasing requirements.
  • Conduct Vehicle Demonstrations: Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles.
  • Provide Personalized Guidance: Provide personalized guidance and recommendations to customers based on their individual needs and budget considerations.
  • Follow Up with Customers: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchase and address any concerns or questions they may have.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of at least 2 years of experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of success and achievement of sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools to manage customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for the automotive industry and a desire to succeed.
