Job Overview

Dane Street, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team in the Pacific Northwest. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for generating revenue by identifying and developing new accounts, and growing existing national and local accounts in the Workers' Compensation, Auto, and Liability market segments.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong business development mindset, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, technical teams, and operations teams. You will be responsible for recommending new products and services, increasing referral volume and revenue, and accomplishing marketing and organization mission by completing and documenting related sales and account activities and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding account requirements, and building personal relationships with adjusters, team leads, and supervisors.
  • Recommend new products and services by evaluating current product results and identifying needs to be filled.
  • Increase referral volume and revenue by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining product and service capabilities, and overcoming objections.
  • Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing and documenting related sales and account activities and results.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in industry opportunities such as conferences and seminars.

Requirements

  • 4-year College degree (BA/BS)
  • Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred.
  • Auto or Workers Compensation Claims experience (Required).
  • IME or Managed care sales experience is a plus.
