Job Title: Experienced Automotive Sales Professional

At Toyota of Olympia, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with customers, understanding their automotive needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Treat our customers with kindness and respect, listening to understand their wants and needs and creating an outstanding buying experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their automotive preferences and purchasing requirements.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles.
  • Provide personalized guidance and recommendations to customers based on their individual needs and budget considerations.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchase and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings to effectively position our vehicles in the marketplace.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of at least 2 years of experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of success and achievement of sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools to manage customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for the automotive industry and a desire to succeed.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
