Business Development Coordinator

A Business Development Coordinator plays a pivotal role in facilitating connections with external companies, exploring potential business opportunities, and presenting products for consideration on online selling channels. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, market awareness, and a deep understanding of the company's offerings and industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Building:
· Find the appropriate purchaser or contact for existing avenues to ensure that communication is directed to the right individual.
· Establish and nurture relationships with external companies, and key contacts.
· Collaborate with various teams within the company to ensure a cohesive approach to partnerships.
Product Pitching:
· Develop compelling sales presentations to effectively communicate the value of the company's products.
· Tailor pitches to address specific partner needs and preferences.
Negotiation and Agreements:
· Collaborate with external partners to negotiate terms and agreements, including pricing, and marketing strategies.
· Assist in drafting contracts to safeguard all parties' interests.
Reporting and Analysis:
· Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, and market trends.
· Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on partnership progress and outcomes.
Product Knowledge:
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and the company's offerings.
· Develop a good understanding of the company's products to effectively communicate their value to external partners.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
· Preferably prior experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
· Ability to easily grasp the company's industry, products, and target audience.
· Strong written communication, and negotiation skills.
